Seminar Outline
Module One: Clarifying Values
This is a critical starting point that many managers miss. You cannot make firm decisions without first clarifying your values. Participants will work through this process, and then prioritize their list. In addition, they will be able to identify roadblocks to this entire process.
Module Two: Decoding the Mysterious You
Behind every behavior is a motive. Oftentimes we don't pay much attention to our underlying motives that sometimes fuel bad decisions. In this session, you will focus on your behavior and learn why healthy leadership requires guidance to render more positive outcomes.
Module Three: Your Leadership Style
Every leader has a unique style. All styles can be effective, but in some circumstances a particular style is more effective. Learn which style to use and how to improve your "magnet effect".
Module Four: 5 Healthy Ways to Lead Others
In this session, you will be taught how to associate your leadership style with more effective methods, how to address challenges to positive group dynamics, and identify 5 healthy ways to lead others.
Module Five: Establishing Goals for Leading Others
Managers often jump right in and tackle a task without having specific goals. In this session, you will be taught how to establish goals for leading your group. It is also important to learn how to handle difficult group members since everyone is not always on board with your plan.
