In order to manage conflict, you must first identify the problem. Afterwards, determine the opponents' agendas and their personality types. Understanding these fundamental pieces to the puzzle are essential in laying the groundwork for resolutions. In this session, you will also be instructed on strategies to employ during intense encounters.
Module Three: Effective Communication
In this session, attendees will practice the 4 L's for addressing conflict. In addition, attendees will practice assertiveness techniques.
Module Four: Developing Professional Teams
In this segment, we will show how to promote professionalism and why this is important in handling conflict among team members.
Module Five: Negotiation Strategies
When conflict arises, knowing how to navigate to a common perspective is extremely necessary before you can move toward acceptance. In this session, you will receive the negotiation strategies to resolve conflict.
